those in Washington for all the problems in the nation even though its made up of Republicans. Not to mention the majority of Governor seats, and upper and lower chambers are controlled by Republicans

There would have been defections from both sides to the reform party. Perot would have won in both 92 and 96 due to an improving economy.
In 2000 we could have had one more reform party guy but in for sure in 2004 we'd go back to a Democrat.
Osama was on the radar in the 1990s and Iraq war 2 was in preparation as early as 1998.
