Soviet Union goes turbo autism and keep attacking Poland to try and get Germany, probably a much more aggressive USA acting in global politics earlier

Less nationalism and more support to foreign groups. Better military performance in WW2, becauce Trotsky seemed a bit more competent as a commander than Joseph "Tactical retreat is not an option" Stalin.
Same level of repression and cruelty (maybe Jews would be exempted).

It didn't fail, the invading Polish forces were cleared out of the Ukraine and Belarus. Soviets just failed to push through the Polish heartland into Germany. Ironically, Stalin was one of the commanders who bungled the second phase of the operation.

Trotsky was committed to spreading Gommunism, he would have been far more threatening than isolationist Stalin was, so it's unlikely WW2 would have seen a Western intervention, it would be just between the Nazis and the USSR. It's likely this war would last much longer than our WW2, and it's by no means clear which side would win.

The Soviet Union would have been a lot more antagonistic towards basically everyone not red enough. Trotsky was a zealot.

Revolution would have been the Soviet Union's chief export, Soviet Russia would support communist movements in Europe left and right. There would likely have been another invasion against Poland and possibly against the Baltics and Finland as well. Inside the Union there'd still be purges, terror and Gulags.

Personally I see a likelyhood that Trotsky would have ended up with a bullet or an icepick in his head anyway, likely courtesy of the military elite.

Trotsky was very big into the idea of "world revolution" so the Soviet Union would have had a much more belligerent foreign policy under his leadership. The USSR would have actively promoted the idea of communist uprising in other countries with goal of eventually turning the entire world red, as well as seeking to annex more territory. You could say that Stalin also did that sort of thing, but he was much more focused on trying to modernize Russia itself rather than trying to export the idea of communism to other countries.
