No it doesn't. They had Slavic haplogroups like R1a-Z280 and R1a-M458, and much of modern East Germans have them because of Slavic migration to the region.

Also before Germanics, the Corded Ware R1a Proto-Balto-Slavs were there thousand years ago.

Neither of these haplogroups are "Slavic" in the sense that they are exclusive to Slavic populations. In central Europe they predate the Slavs, having been brought there with Corded Ware culture. Yes, the Slavic migrations during the Migration Period would have increased their frequency in East Germany, but to imply that all M458=Slavic would be completely wrong.
