The only "victory" the Axis could've achieved was some kind of stalemate where the Axis retain control of their countries and maybe some of the occupied territories. And this is presuming the Soviet Union doesn't enter the war because by then, the die had been cast.

Logistically there's no way for the Axis to control the entire world. If the USSR collapses you likely have a scenario where Germany dominates continental Europe+North Africa+Middle East and enters a Cold War with both the US/UK and the rump Soviet Union (which would probably turn inward). Not sure what would happen in the Pacific, probably Japan loses to the US anyway.

Like others said though, the only victory for the Axis would be a treaty to occupy the lands they had at their height, and even then they'd probably not have direct control and end up relying on puppets

An Axis victory over the US would be impossible. If there was no U.S. lend lease and the Nazis decided to be less autistic with their tank and plane production then they could potentially beat the Russians and remove the Commies. Then there would be a stale mate with the US and UK, since it has never been feasible that the Nazis could launch a major naval invasion of the UK.


Assuming all this happened there would be a cold war between what would essencially be Germany and Japan and loads of puppet governments. General plan Ost would never work. They would prop up friendly governments and begin to germanise the eastern European nations. It would probably collapse similar to the Soviets in OTL. The western liberal culture of free democracy would win
