I cannot fucking begin to explain how much I absolutely despise that song. It is the living embodiment of the shitty piss-weak circlejerking around "africa" from the early 00s and just hearing that hip, screaming faggot voice try to force out meaningless lyrics makes me want to puke. If I had an elk I'd use it to run over the cancerous cell of a human being that thought it was a good idea to make it the theme song. Civ IV was a shitty game with shitty mechanics and shittier aestethics. Civ V is pretty allright, though it could've used some more work, and that hidden easter egg of the falling porcupine was really uncalled for.

Furthermore, Civ III is the best Civ. Anyone who says otherwise is a dirty nigger.
