Is this the ultimate moral imperative?

>Create a supercomputer that uses all of its resource to simulate as many conscious minds as possible
>Let those minds live in absolute perfect bliss and harmony
>Make this supercomputer self replicating
>Make it able to travel between planets and embed itself in the most geologically stable place with the most energy coming from its sun or core
>Make it inhabit the most stable areas of the entire galaxy
>Make it consume entire planets to create more of itself on those stable planets hidden beneath the surface
>Make it inhabit the entire universe optimally
>Once all planets in the universe are inhabited by computers, then make it create its own dyson spheres around every star in the entire universe

etc.

Is this the ultimate moral imperative?
