Iberians are barely european to begin with, and latin americans have a mix of that and native culture, so no not really. If latin americans weren't catholic they'd be considered about as european as indians.

There is no mix. Everyone in the world today barring the most archaic places are some kind of modern western influenced materialists. The remaining indigenous influence is negligible compared to the glaring European influence.
The only exceptions are the remaining indigenous populations who preserve a separate identity and even they have been evangelized.
