1. G.W.F Hegel - Phenomenology of Spirit & Science of Logic/ Frederick Beiser does good work in clarifiying things in his works German Idealism: The Struggle Against Subjectivism and Hegel
2. Aristotle - The entirety of his corpus/ Aquinas, Averroes and Hegel have interesting commentaries
3. Lev Shestov - All Things are Possible/Athens & Jerusalem
4. A. N. Whitehead - Science and the Modern World/Process & Reality
5. David Hume - A Treatise of Human Nature
6. Duns Scotus - The Ordinatio

I think late-period Schelling may be interesting too, but I have to look more into that.
