mearly ponty (sp?) the philosophy of perception
I found this book somewhat impenetrable (had to reread sentences over and over) but it's very interesting when you get it
basically the book is just a big phenomenological description of the way in which we experience the world
the part I found most interesting was his argument against solipsism, took me ages to grasp it though
also, heidegger's being and time. another impenetrable nonsense book that at first glance seems like retard psychobabble but it's also very intersting what he's saying (basically he does an exposition of 'being' (basically, existence) through stuying himself phenomenologicaly
also, scophenaur 'on women', because bitches are whores
I also like david benatar's better to have never been book , which is an argument for antinatalism
wittgensteins investigations is also a pretty interesting book about how language works
bonus: thomas mentzingers 'being no-one' was pretty good. he takes materialism to it's (imo absurd) limit. basically indirect realism based on science, you and the world around you are an internal model of an external world within an actual physical brain. you are an onboard model of the world beyond, that isn't self-aware, you confuse the model for the real thing
I also found buddhism to be interesting. if you remove the retard karma and reincarnation there's some interesting stuff about suffering and how to alleviate it
check out SEP it's an online philosophy encyclopedia it's very good
