Nowhere near, yet they were dumb enough to spend the equivalent of the cost of the Manhattan Project on useless V2. And even if they'd got one, they'd lost the air superiority on both fronts by 1944 so all they could have done with it is to blow up Paris or Warsaw after retreating from there or to rage quit by nuking Berlin itself in May 1945. Knowing Hitler's mental state by that time, it's not impossible.
