My grandpa found this in an old house in Slovenia, i think it must've belonged to some higher ranked person. Anybody know anything about it? Btw it has a Sollinger mark on it.

Neat. Its a Wehrmacht dagger for officers made by Eickhorn-Solingen. The handle is mounted wrong. The Reichsadler should be on the other side and not covering the Solingen squirrel. Also the blade looks damaged.
