There are way too many different possibilities...
Just consider those (no chronological order, just how they come into mind):

>scandinavian tribes / forces closer to england
>roman occupation totally different (even possible?)
>power distribution in medival times different (doggerland would be occupied, maybe another country)
>french & british war(s) different - maybe not even two different countries but a bit more entangled with way different borders
>netherlands maybe non existant or just the same but a bit more land
>napoleonic wars?!
>ww1 totally different, maybe different outcome
>even with the same outcome - will there be ww2? if yes english offensive when germany invaded poland? maybe germany would conquer england like it did with france

and every single outcome in ancient times would have changed all the coming events so there are infinite possibilities for the wold to be right now.

Well, things probably wouldn't be that different until the migration period. The original people living there would've been taken over by the Celts and eventually Rome would've most likely tried to occupy a part of that area, the chance of their success would be dependent on the relations of the Celtic tribes and kingdoms in that area, with the channel gone it would've been easier for them to form more powerful alliances against Rome. Also the Germanic people of Scandinavia would have a really easy time reaching these territories so I think that would be a reason for a lot of fighting in the north.
From the start of the migration period I think things would greatly change since there would be more room for the Germans in the west, therefore the pressure on the Roman borders would probably be smaller and who knows, perhaps the Empire could've survived for a little longer and still be a major centre of power in the early medieval age. The Franks would most likely wage a ton of wars against the Anglo kingdoms and the fate of modern France and England would depend on how many coastline can they get from each other. One thing is sure, that England wouldn't be the naval power it was and France would have a much harder time getting colonies. This would of course make Spain the strongest force in Europe and basically it would be to Europe what England was to Europe in our timeline.

Ceasar might have failed to conquer such a large and extensive "gaul." We know the Britons sort of helped the gauls fight the Romans they could have given more direct assistance. The Romans might decide conquering such a large area as too difficult and stopped their conquests at that river between France and Britain that almost connects to the Rhine river giving them an even harder border to defend resulting in celtic culture existing until today.

Rome wouldn't exist. You have 7000 years of different population movement, this would totally change the population of northern and central Europe by the time Rome wouls have emerged.

Only good answers. Not only does this open up modern Britain and Ireland to direct migration from the rest of Europe but this would have an effect on European climate, cooling down North and Central Europe considerably. There'd be earlier migration waves from the north and the east and it would be extremely naive if not ignorant to think that history in Europe would develop in any way close to real life.

Nah Britain would've increased Gaul's landmass by 50%, thats it. And Britain itself would be much easier to conquer without the channel. Carsar would've conqueres England and Wales and a wall would've been at scotland like it happened in real life.
