To fulfill the one priority of That Which Must Be, by dedicating our first lives to the creation of the Machine, and our minds to the howling madness of eternal life.

For no reason in particular I suspect. If anything, to survive? Maybe survive as a species if you want to get lofty.

Any anon care to prove otherwise?

Just to suffer?

complete fluke. Well somebody had to take the hit but now that we are here we should be doing everything we can to not be at all. Materialisation is the language of the Gods but its best that some matters be passed over in silence. This is certainly one of them.

"Why are we still here? Just to suffer? Every night, I can feel my shitposts... and my wewuzism... even my alt-history scenarios. The arguments I've lost... the 404'd threads I've lost... won't stop hurting... It's like they're all still there. You feel it, too, don't you? I'm gonna make them give back our /his/."

Well, were' all from amino acids, this most science-people will agree with.

Amino acids are basically chained carbon + hydrogen + oxygen and some other elements. And these elements are basically the building blocks of everything in this universe.

So why are we here? Well the question goes on many different levels. Few answers of various different level are like this: we are here because we want to discuss history/humanities subject and 4chan's /his/ boards brings up together for this purpose; we're here because our parents gave birth to us; we're here because our ancestors survived to give us this moment in time; we're here because our species made it this far; we're here because earth gives habitable environment for life to grow; we're here because the supernova of a sun gave rise to heavy elements that later compounded to create amino acids and those amino acids formed dna and so on; we're here due to evolution; we're here because big bang; etc

The different levels depend on different type of answer you seek. Ultimately if you want to get down to the bottom, you need to study particle physics and try to understand what happened before big bang. One model is our universe is a result of an anomaly that happened in the higgs field, one which randomly generated a virtual particle and that virtual particle expanded to the size of our universe through some small chain of events. Its possible this higgs field encompasses many other universes and the same phenomena that created our universe created other universe on the same field. And there could be more..We'd know more in 100 years.
