White is an equivocal term. If by white you mean Caucasian race then yes, Zoroastrian are white.

If white you mean European, then no. European is not a race, but a geopolitical and ethnic term.

If by white you mean pale skin, then for the most part not, but then not all Europeans would be white either.

Zoroastrian are for the most part olive-skinned caucasoids who speak a language of the Indo-European family, and practice and ancient Indo-European religion.

Zoroastrianism is one of the very few religions left, along with Judaism, that has a eugenic components to it. It's concerned with blood purity.
