What's so special about it?

I'm glad I brought my newly acquired handheld microphone so I can record the remote ambient sounds here. Maybe if I put a windscreen I could walk this whole way and record my footsteps together with the changing ambient sounds. At home I'll mix it up with some minimal acoustic music or other field recordings I've done this week.
