If there was another person in charge of Germany besides Hitler, maybe.

The fact that Stalin had few Soviet troops stationed along the border, continued to trade essential war resources with Germany despite spies notifying him of the oncoming attack, and his meltdown reaction to Germany breaking the non-aggression pact, indicated that Stalin REALLY did not want war with Germany. It's hard to imagine a scenario in which replacing Stalin, who seemed to do everything he could to appease Hitler, would result in an alliance.

Therefore, it would have to be Hitler who was replaced. It's quite possible that others among the Axis military high command also did not want war with Russia, or not at least until the Polish-French-British war was over. So if one of those more cautious men was in charge, it could have lasted for a while, perhaps.

Not that I disagree with your conclusion, but this part is wrong. Part of the reason Barbarossa was so devastating was precisely because the bulk of the Red Army was stationed right on top of the border; a few quick penetrations of a relatively shallow front and suddenly you have mass encirclements of millions of troops.
