Everyone on this board hates on stoicism but no one EVER says why it's bad.
That should tell you something right there.

he majority of anons on 4chan cry themselves to sleep each night
that alone puts them at odds with stoicism
I´m a spic and I´m quite familiar with stoic philosophy since it comes in the culture. It´s the only way to deal with daily corruption and crime.

Go on and explain stoicism for me. Have you actually read any, or did you hear Niezsche shit on it once and base your opinion on that?
Every time someone shits on stoicism in these threads they usually either refuse to prove they know anything about it, or prove they've got a meme understanding of it.
I get stressed out, annoyed, resentful, and sad at some point every single day. No amount of just telling myself not to do that is going to make a difference. I've tried plenty of ways of coping. The only thing that is going to work for me is something that takes my inevitable wild emotional fluctuations into account.
That said, Stoicism is strong in some respects. It is correct in its appraisal of what truly matters in life and what brings true happiness.
