Germany didn't declare war on Britain you dope. War with the USSR was winnable, but not at the same time as war with the West, Poland has to either be forced to join the Axis or be annexed in order for the Nazis to reach Russia, and war with the USSR was essential for Germany to avoid total bankruptcy and collapse, and was in any event the sine qua non of Nazism.

2. Declare war on the Soviets even earlier, and prep some winter clothing and oil reserves. with more resources and even more disorganized soviets moscow, leningrad and stalingrad can now be taken, sign a peace treaty after the capture of these objectives.

Not as much as they could have, IMO. Hitler was too all-or-nothing with his approach, I feel like there could have been more common ground and room to work with if he wasn't so valiant in getting everything he wanted.

In your opinion, what would make the British more open to diplomacy and alliance with Hitler and Nazi Germany? I honestly think that is the only way you don't completely fuck things up on the German end.
