- You're part of Malay/Autronesian race (in scientific definition) but it doesn't mean you're an ethnic Malay (in traditional definition; aka Melayu people)
- There might be some similarities between Malay culture with pre-Hispanic Philippines, but overall the culture is different
- You should specified the Filipino ethnic name rather than Malay
