You do not understand how criminal activities work and how large notes allow drug dealers and weapon dealers to easily transport large quantities of cash.
Smaller notes = larger quantities of cash needing to be moved to buy things on black markets.
Think how easy it would be to buy 1 million worth of drugs if you had thousand dollar notes. It's the reason why America and pretty much every nation only goes up to 100. Of course it's entirely different with nations whose dollar is in the shit house.
