Prohairesis is about having good judgement on what is good and what is not.
This KFC chicken is delicious => True
So, this KFC chicken is good food and you should eat it => Not True
It is not because something tastes good that you should eat it. Also, if eating KFC makes you more likely to be addicted to fatty foods and less likely to eat healthy, but bland food, you should not eat it. The best scenario happens if you are as satisfied by eating bland food as you would be eating KFC.

Sex feels good => True
So, having sex is good and you should do it as much as you can => not True
It is not because it feels good that you should do it. You don't want to become one of those people who become crazy if they can't have sex, or that do crazy things in order to have it. The best scenario happens if you are as fine having sex as not having it.
Then, what is good? The only good is virtue. Virtue can make you happy no matter what happens.

He is rich. He can have any kind of pleasure he wants. He is very good looking and could have as many good looking women he wanted. He is loved and admired by millions of people and has a great status. He was married to a woman who was voted plenty of times "World's Most Beautiful Woman". Yet, if you look at his interview, no matter how great of a man he is, he still does not look very happy. All of those things that we consider as goods are not goods.
