Couldn't find much online of the subject. Is this just myth?

/his/ is a really weird board. It's really interesting how discussion that starts in one thread branchs out through people making new threads about the same topic or just remaking the thread to meme about it.
Colombian I have no idea. Mesoamericans did ritual cannibalism as a symbolic representation of a god's story or as the proof they've ascended social class. It's much less common than sacrifice.

Well I think part of it is just that this board is the perfect speed to notice how ideas spread.

It usually translates on /his/ going trough a daily meme. Tho we usually see a lot of repeats.

from what I understand the "Caribbeans" were related to some Colombian tribe, but honestly I never heard of them outside of...Well.../his/...
There were cannibals in the Amazon (still are, actually) and in the Caribbean, the ones in the latter have been completely wiped out tho. Other than that i'm not aware of other cultures that practiced it regularly. The Aztecs did it ritualistically, but it wasn't common practice.
