Is there any sort of site or page that gives the best books to read for any given subject, era, or event?
Thanks.

I was thinking the War of the Three Kingdoms, preferably something that holistically covers the war and doesn't just concentrate on the English Civil War.
Also maybe the Seven Years War.

Or if you want to just dump the charts I'd be a fan of that. :)

Someone also posted a link to leddit's /r/askhistorians booklist (I know), which may be useful if you can't find anything here

Really, the most useful method for me has been looking at wikipedia citations, downloading the books from libgen or another site, and continuing down the rabbit hole with their bibliographies.
