Larpers have to accept that it isn't and cannot be a religion like Christianity, or Judaism, or Islam is a "religion". It is a loosely affiliated set of folklore and ancestor-legend that operates within a particular frame of cultural context and land. It is not a religion but people come from a Christian background, espeically in the US and try and treat it as such.

Universalism is trash. It's not a race thing, any race can practice, but it makes literally no sense for people to practice a specific pagan belief set outside of the particular geographic location it was originally (and still is) practised. e.g. No Texan Shintoists (living in the US), no Irish kemetists (living in Ireland)
