Impossible to say, but I doubt it. The Second Reich had a trash constitution which perverted civil control of the military and placed far too much responsibility on the kaiser to manage policy. There is no reason to think Wilhelm - or the Army, which by the end of WW1 was in effective control of the Empire - would be equal to managing a postwar Europe riven by revolution and revanchism. Especially not when their allies are still two moribund empires heading towards civil war no matter what.

If the Germans stuck to their old ass plan and Marne never occured, Paris is captured then Britain abandons the continent and a second Franco Prussian war concludes with the French defeated.

The war shocks everyone with the rate of casualties but it doesnt fundamentally change things as much as the original timeline has. Germany is the undisputed continental power and France becomes a second rate power immediately.

The only other realistic times they could have won were if Verdun fell or I believe in the spring offensive forcing the allies to give up.

If it was in either of those scenarios not too much would actually change either.

The forces of nationalism would be unstoppable, there will be a very sore winner and extremely sore loser. Groups of veterans will form the core of fascist movements. The Russian civil war will end with the USSR (no one not even a victorious Germany probably cared enough to intervene significantly more) and that will lead to the rise of communism. The AH and Ottoman empires will collapse from nationalist movements at some point. The Great Depression will still occur and the Weimer culture that everyone seems to hate had its roots BEFORE the 1st world war, it would still occur and might even be more prevalent.

Perhaps a disgruntled Belgium corporal would rise up to become the new Fascist leader of an angry vengeful France. The French government would for sure collapse if they lost the war and the commies there would make their play to I assume poor success.
