If you're talking about the eras near the warring states period(muromachi) then it was more or less similar to the west in terms of nobility. Girls would be married off pretty young(15-16)and guys probably a bit older.
If you mean homosexuality vs. heterosexulity, apparently there was a known presence of dudes who life fucking dudes and it wasn't so much of a big deal. Tbh, it was almost Greek in practice.
For peasants, not too sure, but considering Jap history of confuscianism and the current zen buddism at that time, not too far off from the nobility.

Guys like always had more sexual freedom to go to whores houses and what not in the "redlight districts" of cities. Women for the most part were probably like girls in other periods except if they decided on prostitution obviosuly. I'm sure there was always the occasional "easy" girl in the village though.
If you look up more Ukioye pics like the one you have in pic related, you would find more examples of sex. There is this manga called Azumi that I was reading for a while about child ninjas( bear with me here) raised in the early Edo period. I actually like how they illustrate ninja;it's how they actually looked: people trying to blend into the crowd rather then people wearing that weird get up with the cloth mask. Trash for just about everything else though, including story imo.
Also this manga called Vagabond. They seem pretty accurate to the period in terms of culture and both have plenty of sexual themes. So you can read that if you want even more Japanese Edo porn. I really don't know of other sources though.

Is a very long manga, and there are plenty of references to sexuality, like prostitutes life, or marriage customs. Considering how much effort the author put into nearly everything, I think is safe to assume the way they treat their girls isn't that far from reality.
