Definitely bullshit. Pashtuns - who originate from Afghanistan - have some mongol admixture due to the country being located in Central Asia. Jewish people have none of this.

Calling yourself Arabic and speaking Arabic is similar to calling yourself Roman and speaking Latin. There are obviously many Arabic speaking self-professed Arabs actually from Arabia, but not all of the Arab world comes from Arabia. Lots of places haven't changed significantly genetically since 600.
