Around 250AD-500AD, the climate got really cold and the Rhine actually freezes over around the year 410AD according to the Roman sources.

Overpopulation and little food causes massive migration movements into the weakened Roman Empire and the pace only picks up after the Huns arrive on the scene.

At some point, the Gothic tribes, or tribe if there was only one at that point, left Scandinavia. I am not sure if it was due to the increasingly cold temperatures, but they initially colonized the coast of Prussia (or Aestia, in those times?), before migrating south to what is now Ukraine (Scythia-Sarmatia). The Vandals were probably also of Scandinavian origins, although perhaps more distantly so than the Goths.

The only source from this period is the archaeological record, which during this era is pretty scant. People lived in small villages with longhouses, there were no temples, it is instead believed rituals took place on hills or near marches. The sail wasn't introduced until about 750 ad. At arund 200 and forwards we start to see fancy roman artefacts that have been imported. Probably from mercenaries coming home from central europe. It is at around this time that the runic script is invented. Probably by some multilingual roman/german due to the similarities of the script.
Tacitus mentiones the swedes for the first time in AD 9 in a short section. At around 550 AD huge amounts of the population die off for various reasons, after this nordic society starts to centralize, with small tribes and kingdoms.

Also seal hunting is a stone much more common during the mesolithic, thousands of years earlier. Farming was in fact quite advanced during the iron age.

This is not likely to be true. We can trace mentions of a northern non agrarian tribes called 'fenni' as far back as 9 ad. So at least the name is old
