in an ideal situation you would want a little of both since a small amount of inflation is needed for growth

Anyone who took economics in high school would know that these are both the correct answers. Can't be one or the other.

Getting as close as possible to a perfect market by promoting competition, making it easy to join in and leave the market, regulating business policies to prevent monopolies and most importantly ensuring the workforce isn't wasted by giving nepotism and favoritism harsh punishments and spending huge amounts of money on fighting corruption.

Equality is not desirable whatsoever. What's desirable is eliminating poverty, but if poverty doesn't exist it doesn't mean people are economically equal, nor should it.
