Of the three major Entente powers in WW1 (Britain, Russia, and France), which played the most vital part in winning the war? In WW2 there's a general consensus of USSR > USA > UK >everyone else but I've never seen one for WW1.

probably france tbqh senpai. Although if Britain hadn't joined, or Russia fell earlier than it did, it would've still ended in a German victory.

France=UK>>>Russia>>>USA
France
France.
All three were essential to victory though.

Britain. France technically killed/wounded/captured more G*rmans but Britain wasn't too far behind and more importantly became the financier of the war effort on top of breaking the German economy with a naval blockade and fighting the naval war. They also were the main presence on the Middle Eastern Front and played notable parts in the Balkan and Italian fronts.

Britain. Without British intervention, Belgium and France would have been completely overrun and then Russia would have been BTFO.
This isn't even including the fact that Britain indirectly pulled America into the war.

Without France, Germany would have won and dominated the continent for the decades following.
Without Russia, France and Britain would have been overwhelmed by Germans.
Your line applies to every one of the Great Powers of the Entente.
France. Britain is close, but France did the most. Russia was fucked by the Germans in the eastern front.

France>Britain>>>>>>>Russia
I don't know if I'd be so quick to dismiss Russia. They held the second largest front of the war more or less on their own. Inflicting 1.6 million casualties on the Germans, 0.6 million on the Ottomans, and 4 million on the Austro-Hungarians. Their distractions in the form of offensives against the Germans requiring them to divert men also saved France several times.
Britain. The blockade was the deciding factor in German defeat.
