Historians have debunked blitzkrieg and viewed it as nothing more than desperate improvisation of concentrated offense doctrine (or something, correct me if I'm wrong). If Blitzkrieg wasn't the revolutionary doctrine that changed the concept of war from WWII onward, what then? Was there any at all, however, or did anyone just improve their own from traditional WWI doctrines (with aircraft support, etc.)?

How do historians debunk concrete results?
Blitzkrieg can't be debunked because it's not a thing the war was planned around, attempting to round German schwerpunkt tactics into an imaginary over arching strategy is ridiculous
