Does anyone here can answer me this
In between 1890-1900 this Arms Race between Argentina-Chile -Brazil could have made the three countries an truly powerful naval force in the global scale?
I mean, does Southamerica, in its southern cone, had some sort of power to defend itself from lets say an European country trying to invade it?
