Unironically, bad.

I'd give up my own internet access if it meant that no kid would hole themselves up and jack off to hentai all day and turn out an autist.
It also speeds up globalization by a very large amount.

That said, if I was in charge, I wouldn't remove it unless the people wanted to, which they obviously would not.

Internet is okay, invention of the web was a mistake. Plebs shouldn't have access.
The internet should be in Latin so only the learned can browse it, like how monks used to write dirty knowuage in Latin so only the learned (who wouldn't be currupted by it) could read it
