I doubt that. IJ which was born around 45k years ago was probably from a place near the Caucasus. No links to Siberia whatsoever, unlike with R.

Yeah, my point being that haplogroups don't matter, you can be a sub saharan african and have R1b, doesn't mean you share anything but maybe a single ancestor with europeans and west asians.
