No way would any competent British or American leader would hand over Iran to the Soviets. Or let the Soviet Union literally annex Eastern Europe. Or have the British accept part of their Commonwealth merged into the US.
In fact most of these changes are nonsensical.

Whoever made this had very superficial knowledge about geopolitics, recent history, the economy and demographic situation in the world and seemed to think countries could easily be grouped into neat blocks and that this was somehow inherently good.
