Pick one and only one. While certainly formidable the army was practically always in mutiny and had been bested by the Dutch States army multiple times at this point.
Besides, you're talking about the offensive alliance between the United Provinces and France after the 12 years truce. At this point in time the existance of the Dutch Republic has already been ensured. They were already prospering and were experiencing their golden age, as well as making gains against the Spanish. Most countries had already formally acknowledged the existance of the United Provinces as an independant state and even Spain itself had unformally acknowledged them by accepting the 12 years truce.

And after the 12 years truce collapsed, the Spanish took control of the Rhine river, thereby bypassing the main dutch defences, and even then broke through there as well by taking their main fortress of Brega

Had they enough money to keep the war going and werent distracted by France and Sweden, they might as well have pushed the war back into core lands of the Dutch.

While the siege of Breda was a great victory for the Spanish it was also the last (major) victory they had. They also couldn't really capitalize on the conquest of the city as you seem to think, because the Dutch put the city under great threat by capturing Grol (modern Groenlo), a city very close to it that prevented the Spanish from venturing further into the Dutch Republic.
Don't get me wrong, I don't think that the Dutch could've beaten the Spanish 1-on-1, but reconquering all of the Netherlands was an unrealistic goal at that point in time.

In both cases there was no spanish pressure on the Dutch Republic anymore

Initially the french were losing and even an offensive to Paris was planned, the spanish just waited too much to do the attack and the french reorganized the army and counterattacked. So saying that there were no serious prospect of a reconquest maybe it's saying too much, even more if you add the imperial troops.
