Kind of hard to deport entire populations in the high Middle Ages. They were certainly pretty cruel. Lithuanias got the worst of it. But more importantly the Teutonic conquests would have been the justification in Hitler's mind for "retaking the Baltic". I mean Riga was still very German because of those conquests.
