Charging interest is not necessarily usury. Credit is essential to a healthy economy, charging interest on that credit is reasonable and in fact necessary, since if lenders couldn't make money by lending their wealth, then they simply wouldn't do so and the economy would suffer.

That said, individuals shouldn't take out loans for retarded shit like buying a new car or going on vacation, but if they do then they have no-one else to blame when they find themselves impoverished by the interest payments.
