The Roman Catholic Church lead by the Apostolic See of St. Peter in Rome, as per Matthew 16:13-19.

Only a Church containing and headed by the See of St. Peter (the rock upon which Christ built His church) satisfies the four marks of the Church: to be one, holy, catholic, and apostolic. The Bishop of Rome is the direct apostolic successor of St. Peter, as opposed to St. Andrew in Constantinople.
