What's your interpretation of this?
Greatest waste of human life in history (Excluding genocide). Set the path for the 20th century. U.S gets rich while the old European powers beat each other to death. I could go on.

Used as a distraction by governments due to the intense social unrest in pre-1914 Europe. Obviously it ballooned out of control though. Germany should've been made to unconditionally surrender.
I find the mopey view of WW1 pretty off-putting. Was it bad? Sure. But it wasn't the end of civilisation as some view it.

Effectively ruined the western world.
Pretty much doomed The west. Killed the last of the monarchies in continental Europe, destroying traditionalism, with Hitler following it up by destroying nationalism a few years later. Pretty much knotted the noose for whites with WWII executing the short drop on us

Could have been a minor conflict, but alas, the anglo desired the oil fields in Mesopotamia.

The anglo? Funny way to spell Papacy but Germany had no oil and teamed up with the ragheads to get some, failed. By the second conflagration all involved had lost the path to reason.
