What would you say is the philosophy driving Spiderman?
Consider that his MO is to grab people from mid-crime and transport them to the police station, where, wrapped in cocoons they arrive with no evidence, eye witnesses, or even indication to the police of what crime they've committed. In many cases, they were caught before they were even able to commit a crime. So the police have no choice but to let them free and perhaps pursue Spiderman for a number of counts of kidnap.
It would be a more utilitarian choice for him to, given that he "does whatever a spider can" simply cocoon them and eat them himself, not risking them going free.

I DOUBT THAT HE ACTS IN ACCORDANCE TO ANY CONSCIOUS ETHICOMORAL SYSTEM; HE ACTS FROM UNCONSCIOUS ETHICOMORAL IMPELLENCE, WHICH IN HIS PARTICULAR CASE IS FLAGRANTLY TEPID, AND COULD BE DESCRIBED AS "CIVIL INGENUOUSNESS".

Thanks Rei. What do you think would be the best philosophy for him to follow, if he sat down and did some research?

SOMEONE WITH "SPIDERMAN'S" POWER SHOULD BE AS RADICAL AS IS POSSIBLE, THUS, HE SHOULD BE IMPART JUSTICE TO CRIMINALS HIMSELF, HOWEVER HE JUDGES FIT, GUIDED BY HIS OWN ETHOS, NOT BY ANY LEARNED SYSTEM.
SYSTEMATIZATION IS BUILT VIA CONSCIOUS CONTEMPLATION, AND CONSCIOUS REFLECTION, NOT BY ACCRUING INFORMATION, AS YOU SEEM TO ERRONEOUSLY BELIEVE.
