Morality and Altruism

Because humans are kin-selected and kin selection in intelligent organisms leads to empathy.

Religious moral codes are a reflection of morality, not the cause of it.

This being said, it seems like the Abrahamic religions cut down on a lot of bullshit, and I'm glad that happened.

I mean when you do good without god, you do it for the sake of goodness, whe you do it for god, god will reward you.
