Doubtful. The indigenous Iberian population greatly resented the Judeo-Umayyad rulers. Even if the locals couldn't throw them out, they would have probably allied with any French king who moved troops into the area.

Castille and Aragon were relatively recent kingdoms. Portugal, Navarre, Valencia, etc. were all Christian Iberian kingdoms before them, so I doubt history would have been very different.
