Once again source please. Hitler never deposed Tiso (until in 1944 he decided Germany was done for), Hitler gave the Ustase full autonomy.
God you have it backwards- everyone turned on Germany. The Slovaks did in 1944 when they thought the war was going badly, the Finns did once securing a treaty with the Soviets DESPITE having only beaten the Soviets thanks to German materiel and weapons. The Hungarians did the same, the Germans had to hold Horthy's son hostage so he wouldn't renege like a coward.
King Michael of Romania led a coup ending support for Germany, this was after Carol had Codreanu assassinated. Instead of letting Mussolini rot and using the moutains as a barrier Hitler order his rescue and set up a small republic i. the North. Everyone spouts the same lie that Germany betrayed their allies when more often than not it was the opposite. The even greater irony is that all the nations who turned on Germany in order to "save themselves" would be brutalized by the Soviets.
