That's all kinds of wrong. There where goths living on the Crimea, where they migrated to. Visigoths ruled over Hispania, not just Portugal, at a time when there where still goths in Crimea. In fact, as far as I know, there are hardly any visigothic burials in Portugal, if any (but I'm not sure) as the Suebes settled there before and the goths where not as present in this region (they were few after all, in relations to the romance population, and the goth that settled there gave up their gothic language at some point there eastern germanic attire). But then again you can only identify where goths may have been if you find some eastern germanic artifacts, which they gave up somewhere during the 6th century.

It was the other way around, the furious charges of the Celts, their pointed, tapered swords, and their penchant for every infantryman having a fucking javelin which they hurl before closing in was the one that broke Greek formations.
