there were definitely a lot of expulsions of jews but it often had more to do with jews being bankers and if you expel them then they can't collect on your debts, plus you get to seize all their property. Even better you can justify it all by saying you're doing it because you're a good christian.

I don't think you understand economics in any way, i seriously doubt a king would give a fuck about the culture of the people he was ruling, as long as it didn't affect his ability to rule, off the top of my head i can't think of any time jewsish populations seriously would impede a monarch, the fact that jews had a lot of shit, weren't christians would be more than enough justification for a king to tell them to fuck off.
