Right now, you simply cannot prove me wrong.

>99.99999% of 7 billion people in some sort of slavery.

>most cannot secure survival in a time of unparalleled wealth.

Call me le wrong generation all you want, but safety form other nations/raiders has come at a huge cost. Fucking huge.

What makes you not in "some sort of slavery" if you're operating on such a stupidly broad definition?
>>

>>
>>2585123

As opposed to what? What point in human history do you think people were so "free"? Do you thin 99.999999% of people today fit your definition of "wage slave"? Including people in agriculture? If so, what makes them somehow "more enslaved" than the farmers of earlier history? Or the hunter gatherers?
>>
>>2585161

Stockpiling? Actual communities which barely exist today.

How about instead of being a simple contrarian you actually provide more points?

You are literally arguing working for your family and your community is the same as working for $9.99, for in most cases, longer amounts of time during the day.

Like, you're making literally not one single point but sperging out, good show senpai. But yes, life was hell for everyone during the middle ages because if you got a disease you would be ded, fucking kek.
>>
>>2585177
>How about instead of being a simple contrarian you actually provide more points?

You're the fucking contrarian, you made a statement, I questioned your statement. So answer my questions.

>Like, you're making literally not one single point but sperging out, good show senpai.

If by "sperging out" you mean "questioning the autistic shit you're brainlessly spewing without explanation" sure.

Do you think 99.999999% of people today fit your definition of "wage slave"? Including people in agriculture? If so, what makes them somehow "more enslaved" than the farmers of earlier history? Or the hunter gatherers?

Does the food you grow leaving your community magically make you more of a slave? If so, how? What definition of "slavery" are you operating on? Or are you just another walking talking NEET meme?
>>
>>2585195
You literally just replied word for word what you did before hand senpai. And I asnwered your question mate.

Agriculture back then
>I wonder if this season will grow us enough crops to feed our village
Agriculture today
>I wonder if I can grow enough to raise my capital by another 15%

I asked you to make actual points, and you simply repeated yourself.

>You're the fucking contrarian, you made a statement, I questioned your statement. So answer my questions.

You've literally just admitted to being a contrarian senpai, google it. You are being argumentative for the sake of being argumentative, you're even throwing in aspects of ad hom into your argument. I mean, again, I asked you to make actual points after I answered your question and you are repeating yourself.

I mean, continue?

Eastern Europe early-mid-1940s
>>
>>2585213

What do you mean "make actual points"? I'm not making an argument, I'm questioning YOUR argument because I think it's a shit argument. And your shit argument is a contrarian argument posed almost exactly because it's against popular opinion, "m-m-muh wage slaves fucking capitalist cucks!"

What is your definition of slave? What makes a farmer who owns their own property produces something and sells the property of somebody else, and how do you think this is somehow exceptional to the modern day? How do you think farmers of earlier times producing "enough crops to feed our village" somehow makes them more free than someone producing "enough crops to raise my capital by another 15%"?
>>
>>2585226
>implying diseases aren't still ravaging the world today
>implying they aren't getting worse

Sure. Let's go with the most over-hyped disease of all time. More people died during WWI and WWII, but yes so much worse than today, how dare I suggest that modern times might be the worst because I was lucky to be born on the very small minority of those who are lucky, how dare anyone actually become aware of the plight of others and not live in their little ignorant bubble.

How dare they!

That's you, by the way.
>>
>>2585232
>What makes a farmer who owns their own property produces something and sells the property of somebody else,

Mistyped: "What makes a farmer who owns their own property produces something and sells the product to someone else" is what I meant to say.
>>
>>2585232
Are you literally retarded? If you think my argument is shit, stop arguing, that's literally as contrarian as it gets, holy fucking shit dude.

This is what you do when you think someone has a shit argument not worthy of actually arguing.

What if I like calling out fuckwits and watching them squirm and fail to actually rationalize the shit they spew?

Being critical of garbage arguments isn't being a contrarian. Not accepting some jackass saying shit who can't actually defend his point isn't contrarian.
>>
>>2585246
You are still going senpai. You cannot work out the logical reasoning as to why someone who is farming 24/7 raising crops is somehow directly than a village who farms what they need as their stockpiling can only handle and last so long.

Your whole argument of the worst time to live is now revolving around agriculture because you want to argue something you've got literally no reason to.

You are literally, fucking literally as contrarian as it get's with, as I suspect, little to none mental faculties.

You are going to continue after this, for literally no fucking point.

>What if I like calling out fuckwits and watching them squirm and fail to actually rationalize the shit they spew?

Seriously, get help, it's pretty obvious you do not deal with actual real life people on a daily basis if that's what you enjoy.

I must've triggered you pretty hard family man, you're hardly coherent.

What's your definition of slavery? Why is "stockpiling" indicative of slavery? Why is selling your crops for profit instead of sustenance slavery? Why is modern times unique in this regard? Why do you think people before capitalism were all subsistence farmers?

If I was rejecting a reasonable argument for the sake of rejecting it, I'd be a contrarian. I'm asking you to define the loaded terms you're spewing out, which your argument depends on. Rejecting a flawed argument because it's flawed isn't contrarian, it's rational. You're getting butthurt because I asked you what the fuck you were talking about.

I'm pretty sure they knew what was going on, they just couldn't abstract it using science the way we do today.

Knowledge about the physical world usually exists within the framework of a culture, meaning no single group of 5 people ever knew how to do farming. It was either a whole village or a city-state where knowledge was concentrated.

Have you ever seen a documentary about african tribes?
They live pretty much surrounded by big, aggressive animals and do you know what happens when they go for a tour around the village? All the animals just go out of their way, including elephants and lions, no questions asked. Animals cant handle a predator that can throw things at them, they dont have an instict for it, so they just run. Probably what happened with our ancestors as well.

People work themselves to death to maintain social image, buying things they don't need. Expensive clothes, car, house, phone, ect. Yes these are nice luxury things, but not something any human being actually needs to survive. If people only worked for the minimum of comfortable living, they would have to work way less.
