It doesn't. There is no way to even identify a haplogroup without genetic testing. It represents a tiny, tintly portion of your DNA, and is only significant because the way it's inherited makes it easy to trace.

Haplogroups fell out of fashion when it turned out Brits aren't le paleolithic iberians they wished to be but in fact sons of steppe horsemen.

Y-dna haplotype tracks paternal lineage, obviously. Very useful for tracking pre-historic population movements, but it's not a complete picture because lots and lots of genetic data has been lost.

Paternal haplogroups don't affect you in any way. It's a part of your DNA but it it has no real genetic expression, no effect on behavior, looks, IQ etc. They're just markers.
