The Aztecs are not the only native people of Mexico. The Aztecs only lived around modern day Mexico City. Most Mexicans who have native in them are related to Tarascan, Mixtec, Zapotec, Maya, Otomi, Totonac, Tzotzil, Tzeltal, Mazahua, Mazatec, Huastec, Ch'ol, Chinantec, etc.
