Honestly Aisha was a bish to Ali and Zahra. I think some of the stories, like her shooting arrows at Hasan ibn Ali's funeral is probably fabricated. That Aisha was between the ages of 8 and 10 is well documented in both Shia and Sunni sources, and both have based the age of consent based on her age.

It is unlikely that Aisha was 19, as the bulk of hadiths referring to her as 8-10 are narrated through many chains, often more strong than not. Muslims tend to say that she had an early puberty, and refer to the 3 year engagement period as a coordinated decision by Muhammad to wait until she hit puberty.
